Digital Services & Refund Policy

This Digital Services & Refund Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and premium feature activations made on AIMCQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing any of our digital products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Digital Services

AIMCQ provides digital educational services, including but not limited to online examination tools, practice tests, mock exams, analytics, and premium learning features. These services are delivered electronically and are made accessible immediately upon successful payment.

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and the instant activation and access provided, our services cannot be returned, revoked, or resold once activated.


2. No-Refund Policy (General Rule)

All purchases made on AIMCQ are final and non-refundable.

Once a subscription, plan, or premium feature has been successfully activated on your account, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be issued, regardless of usage level, time spent, or results achieved.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription plans

  • Premium feature upgrades

  • Online exam packages

  • Digital assessments and mock tests

We strongly encourage users to review all product descriptions, features, pricing details, and eligibility requirements carefully before completing a purchase.


3. Refund Exceptions (Limited & Discretionary)

Notwithstanding the general no-refund policy, AIMCQ may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests only under the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Transactions

If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment gateway or system error, and such duplication is verified by our records.

3.2 Verified Technical Failures

If a documented and verifiable technical error on our platform directly prevented the user from accessing the purchased service, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our support team.

Note: User-side issues such as poor internet connectivity, incompatible devices, browser-related problems, or lack of technical knowledge do not qualify as platform technical failures.


4. Refund Request Process & Timeline

All refund requests must strictly adhere to the following procedure:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction.

  • Requests must be sent via email to: info@aimcq.in

  • The request must include:

    • Registered email address

    • Transaction ID or payment reference number

    • Date of transaction

    • Clear and detailed explanation of the issue

Failure to submit complete and accurate information may result in rejection of the request.

All approved refunds, if any refund is approved we will initiate and credit the refund within 10 days


5. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting AIMCQ support is strongly discouraged.

5.1 Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication:

  • Your AIMCQ account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated

  • Access to all purchased services may be revoked without notice

  • All associated data, progress, and records may be permanently deleted

  • You may be restricted from creating future accounts on the platform

Chargebacks increase operational and compliance costs and are treated as a breach of this policy.


6. Policy Modifications

AIMCQ reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Digital Services & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
